The house is fitted  with a telephone, which accepts credit cards or phone cards. All locals calls are fee of Charge.( Toll Free)

The house is fitted with a smoke detectors, emergency lighting, fireextingguishers, and ceiling fans throughout. these is in addition to the air-conditioned system. Pets are not allowed.
